How to access your W-2
Good news! Your 2025 W-2 is now ready and can be accessed through the Manpower Go App or via your account on our website.
Please follow the easy steps below to download your W-2 for 2025.
Steps to Access Your W-2 Online:
Manpower Go App:
Open the Manpower Go app.
Tap Pay.
At the top of the screen, use the year drop-down and select 2025.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap 2025 Tax Statements.
Manpower Website: www.manpowermidsouth.com
Open the Associate Account from the website.
Login using your credentials
Tap Pay History.
Tap Taxes.
Download your 2025 Tax Statement.
How to access your Form 1095-C
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your Affordable Care Act (ACA) Form 1095-C is available upon request
Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, Manpower Midsouth is no longer required to automatically mail a Form 1095-C to all employees. However, this form, which includes important information about the health coverage offered to you, is available upon request.
How to request your Form 1095-C for the 2025 tax year:

Requests can be made at any time, and the form will be provided to you within 30 days of your request. The form will be sent to the address we have on file for you. If you have provided consent for electronic delivery, it will be sent to you electronically.
This notice will remain on our website through at least October 15, 2026. For federal purposes, you do not need to submit the Form 1095-C with your tax return.
